Refund Policy

1. Principle

Premium is a digital product with immediate access after payment, and a free 7-day trial is available before you buy. Purchases are therefore generally non-refundable once access is active.

2. Exceptions

We will refund or extend your access if:

• you are charged twice for the same order;
• payment succeeded but Premium is not active and we cannot fix it within [X] business days;
• a prolonged outage prevents use (compensated by extending your duration).

3. How to request

Contact us via the Contact page within [X] days of payment, including your account email and order reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [X] business days.

4. EDFS Library

Library products are sold through a separate platform (lynk.id) and follow that platform’s policy.
