1. Provider

This site and service are operated by [BUSINESS / OWNER NAME], [ADDRESS] (“Edifisia”, “we”).

2. Service

Edifisia provides web apps for civil and structural engineers (EDFS Matrix, Civil Tools, Node, Base) and digital libraries (EDFS Library). Premium access is granted per account for the duration purchased.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. One account per person; accounts may not be transferred or shared.

4. Free trial and Premium

New accounts get a 7-day Premium trial once their email is confirmed. Premium is bought for a fixed duration (7 days, 1, 3, 6 months, or 1 year) and does not renew automatically. We may email a reminder before access ends. After expiry the account returns to the Free plan with no grace period.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Midtrans. Premium access starts once the payment provider confirms the payment. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah on the Pricing page [including / excluding VAT].

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: sharing access, copying or reselling content without permission, or interfering with system security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Technical responsibility

Results from the apps are aids. The signing engineer remains responsible for verifying results and for design decisions. The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

8. Intellectual property

All apps, brands, logos and content belong to Edifisia. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use them while your access is active.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Governing law is the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
